facilitating representation

I just witnessed a Republican strategist admit that his standard of definition should be imposed on the democratic representatives. His understanding of allowance for opinions isn't recognizing the authoritarian fence he hides behind to deny certain neighbors exist. These property values brings down the whole neighborhood.

The support for government that has to be respected with tax-tolerance. Tax-free government recognizes dialog with behavior / bribing. Cost effectiveness needs understanding (for timing) to balance the attention invested.
IF the mediation of health was an exercise of acceptance, the gain paradox (or price) is to minimize indulgence accepted as necessary.
The battling that is built-in to this system is the wrong attitude.

Participation is the spirit of representation, so that design element includes the arts of; writing / storytelling, interviewing / listening, diplomacy / acting in character, insightful observation / journalistic timing, appreciation / facilitating, etc.
