oh undoubtedly, but there are occasions in which complaint is needed feedback, to improve the service offered!
There is no need to ingratiate oneself with the Creator. One should confront even him or it with one's complaints, and not blame the middle-men, i.e. other human beings.
. . as artists, we learn critique to respond with unique sensitivity for the creators' best intent! If we want another artist to improve their style then it seems different that the kind of complaint that "hurts" the feelings of others.
I remember Blake's version of Job when I dare to complain to an ultimate.
