When I was growing up my mom had a little iron placque that hung on the wall. It has a picture of an oak tree raised in the iron and handpainted. Next to the oak tree were raised painted letters that said, "Don't worry if you work hard and your rewards are few. Remember, the mighty oak was once a nut like you."
