If we can learn to qualify our EXPERtise in terms of the value it has in our own EXPERience vs. it's value to someone else, we can more easily resist the temptation to become authoritative.
It is true that what works for me may work equally as well for someone else.
However, there are sometimes factors we have not considered or options that we have not tried that can influence the outcome.
There is also a possibility that our EXPERtise can be enhanced by the EXPERiences of others.
To become an EXPERt requires an open approach and a willingness to expand your EXPERiences.
