punish the bankers?

The way the banks passed their responsibility for fifteen trillion dollars to nonexistent (unrepresented) future population is criminal enslavement.
Fifteen Trillion dollars can't mathematically be the responsibility of the future. 
People who never existed need representation to be taxed, as I understand equality. 
The responsible behavior must be contained as dis-ease. 


Private interests are about domination impulses that symptoms show as excessive wealth. 
Too big to feel.
Behavior is a better judge than we let it be, free from value, for a price. 
The unregulated own the anarchy too.
